We present to you a complex consisting of 4 small buildings with a capacity of 16 apartments. Despite the fact that the complex is located near the city center, the area itself is very quiet; the surroundings are refined and full of Mediterranean vegetation. Everything you need is within walking distance – shops, restaurants, cafes; the beach can be reached in just 3 minutes. Along the coast, you can reach the Porto Montenegro yacht complex in 15-20 minutes.
The complex has its own large parking lot, a barrier has been installed.

All apartments have the same layout, surface (66 m2) and consist of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious living room with panoramic windows and a terrace with an incredible view of the sea. The apartments located on the 1st floor have an additional bonus – a large, closed terrace around the perimeter of the entire apartment, which is not included in the total square footage of the apartment. There is only 1 apartment on each floor of the house. The house has an intercom, the entire territory is under video surveillance.
